Arada’s Board Members have just undertaken a tour of the developer’s record-breaking Sharjah projects to review construction progress
Arada’s Chairman, HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, and Vice Chairman, HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, were joined by CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi and Khalifa Al Shaibani, Board Member and Director General of Basma Group on the tour.
The Board began at Nasma Residences, the 5 million square foot community in Al Tay which is now 85% sold out and due to be completed in its entirety by the end of the second quarter of 2020.
As well as visiting one of the Signature Villas, the Board also toured one of the recently completed neighbourhood parks in Phase 2. They were briefed on the rapid construction progress at Phases 3, 4 and 5 of the 1,000-unit project by Arada Director of Development Mohamad Moussalli.
The Board then visited Aljada, the 24 million square foot mixed-use megaproject in Muwaileh. As part of this tour, they reviewed the Arada Sales Centre, which is part of the Central Hub entertainment district that has been designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
The Sales Centre and its adjoining precinct will be opened to the public around the turn of the year.
In addition, the Board also reviewed progress at other key sites across the Aljada site, including the three Rehan Apartments buildings, the first two Misk Apartments buildings, and the first four Areej Apartments buildings.
They received a briefing and a full construction update from Senior Development Director Dr Ali Nema Al Ani.
