Arada has announced a new luxury garden community in Aljada. According to the developer, the Sarab Community is being designed as a ‘peaceful and private retreat a short distance away from the buzz of the emirate’s largest mixed-use destination’. The community will consist of 109 townhouses and semi-detached villas and Arada says that although the new community is based in the quietest part of Aljada, residents are only a few minutes’ walk away from the Central Hub complex. The 1.9m sqft complex was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and was announced earlier in the year. As per a statement, the highlight of the Sarab Community is a hidden, members-only gym and swimming pool, which is surrounded by trees and built below ground level. Arada says this adds to the sense of privacy and exclusivity found throughout the entire development.
