ARADA, the UAE’s newest and most exciting developer, walked away with one of the most significant prizes at the inaugural Arabian Business Real Estate Awards, which were held on 9 April at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC in Dubai.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of ARADA, was on hand to pick up the Master Developer of the Year award, in a hotly contested category that included nominations from around the Gulf. The judges, featuring members of the Arabian Business editorial team, highlighted in particular ARADA’s record-breaking mixed-use project, Aljada.
Launched in September 2017 by HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Aljada is the Emirate’s largest ever project, located on a 24 million square foot plot on the last large piece of undeveloped land in the heart of the city.
Held for the first time this year, the Arabian Business Real Estate Awards recognised 21 companies from around the Gulf, who were honoured in front of an audience of more than 300 peers from the property industry.
