Enabling work on ARADA’s first project has begun with contracts awarded for Phase 1 and 2; developer is on track to deliver Phase 1 to homeowners by end-2018
ARADA has announced the launch of Phase 3 of Nasma Residences, the UAE’s developer’s first community, after experiencing strong sales in Phase 2 of the masterplanned project. In addition, ARADA has also confirmed that the world’s largest private education operator, GEMS, will open a school in Nasma Residences. Both announcements come shortly after enabling work began at the fully self-sustained villa and townhouse community located in the heart of New Sharjah.
Phase 3 of Nasma Residences will incorporate an entirely new unit, the Three Bedroom Signature Villa. Other units on sale include two, three and four bedroom Townhouses and Semi-Detached Villas, and four and five bedroom detached Signature Villas.

Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences sold out the first of the community’s five phases in less than a month, making it the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah. The main construction contract for work on Phase 1 of Nasma Residences was awarded to Sharjah-based Intermass Engineering & Contracting LLC. Enabling works began onsite on 1 September this year, and the first phase is on track to be delivered to homeowners by the end of 2018.
