KBW Investments has completed a 50 percent acquisition of Arcadia Engineering, an engineering firm with existing operations in Romania and Brazil, in a signing ceremony in Dubai.
KBW Investments and Romanian firm Arcadia Engineering announce a partnership following a signing ceremony in Dubai, UAE. HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed, founder and Chairman of Dubai-based KBW Investments, participated in the ceremony together with Arcadia Engineering founder Eng. Florin Nistor Chinole.
The KBW Investment portfolio includes investments in the manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy and technology sectors. The Arcadia Engineering acquisition marks KBW Investments second European purchase in 2014, the first being Raimondi Cranes, a 150-year-old Italian tower crane manufacturer.
